Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland!!!

by admin on July 10, 2009

I heart Tim Burton!  Well, not Tim Burton personally, but definitely his wild imagination and uber sense of creativity!  The man is a genius and I am sooo excited for his remake of Alice in Wonderland due in theatres in 2010!!!

The press photos that have been released are AMAZING and I absolutely love the color palettes.  Soooo, I put together a few invitation designs that coordinate with each character.  I couldn’t help it…they are so inspiring!

Stay tuned for The White Queen, The Queen of Hearts and The Mad Hatter coming soon!  Until then…here’s the first one…we designed this itinerary invitation for a client getting married in Ireland, and it coordinates perfectly with Alice’s poster!

The design features (3) three separate cards, each layered with a color from the bride’s palette and an array of varying field flowers, including the bride’s request for Bells of Ireland and Peonies.  The set is wrapped with a vellum belly band printed with the couple’s monogram.

Long Distance Thank You

by admin on May 7, 2009

We received such a great compliment today from our “Tropical Oasis” Bride Hillary, that we just couldn’t resist sharing it, along with a few pics of the final invitation!  It’s just gorgeous, and we can’t WAIT to hear what her guests have to say once they receive one in the mail.

Andrea, you have absolutely blown us away.  We just received our package of invitations today, and can not stop looking at them.  I thought working via email and phone from so far away would be a nightmare, but you have been amazing, and I am just overjoyed at how incredibly breathtaking our invitations are.  I am ecstatic at the thought of sending them to my guests, and may send them out even earlier just to hear what they have to say!  Thank you for taking our random ideas and designing the perfect invitation for our wedding day.  I hope in my travels to Florida I will one day get the opportunity to thank you in person, but for now THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
